Studio Policy Agreement

To finalize your date and time, please read carefully through these 3 simple policies and reply to me via text or email and state: “I have read, understand and agree to abide by the 3 Studio Policies.”

1. Rescheduling & No-Show Policy

   • If you need to reschedule or cancel your session, you must notify me by 8pm two days before your session date in order to re-book or cancel at no cost. If you do not show up, or if you reschedule or cancel after 8pm two days before your scheduled session, you will not receive a refund and you forfeit your session cost. The only exception is in case of an emergency, which we reserve the right to verify if we feel it necessary (this policy has been abused in the past).

2. Wardrobe Policy

   • It is your responsibility to make sure you bring the right outfits to your session. We have wardrobe guides to get you started, but every agency has different opinions and requests. Take photos of yourself in your outfits and send to your agency for approval. I DO NOT offer free or discounted re-shoots if you brought outfits that your agency doesn’t approve of.

3. Late Start Policy

   • We may not be able to extend your session time if you are running late, as I often have sessions back-to-back. Please account for Florida traffic, potential accidents if you are more than 2 hours away, etc. If you are late to your session, our shooting time will most likely be cut short, providing you with less options than is ideal.

TO FINALIZE YOUR SESSION DATE AND TIME, SIMPLY REPLY TO ME VIA TEXT OR EMAIL AND STATE: “I have read, understand and agree to abide by the 3 Studio Policies.” I will then reply with confirmation that you are booked in!
