Headshot Days Sessions are the session that we have put together for actors who are on a budget.
These budget-friendly acting headshots are for ages 14+ so whether you have a teen actor or are an adult who needs a theatrical headshot on a gray background, these headshots might be just what you need.
In order to be able to get the rate down for acting headshots, we now offer mini sessions with a specific setup for the day, which allow us to be able to have affordable headshots for actors. It’s a total win-win, and these Headshot Days sessions are becoming more and more popular for actors!

Headshot Days Sessions are perfect for:
Actors who need a quick update for their agency.
If you have recently changed your appearance, like cut or dyed hair, lost weight, or just generally aged a bit, then a quick update is a great way to keep going with auditions. Casting Directors do NOT like when you look different than your headshot. That’s why we will light you beautifully in camera so minimal editing is required, and your agency and casting directors are happy with your headshots.
If you have added a new "type” to your range as an actor, you may need a new headshot that represents that type.
However - it’s important to note that these affordable acting headshots sessions are not customized, so our deep gray background and bold lighting may not be the right fit for the type you need represented. Types that would be perfect for Headshot Days sessions are general theatrical looks, drama, theater/stage headshots, and more serious roles. If you need something more bright, comical, commercial, or specific, then you will likely need to book a standard, custom headshot session so that your type is clearly and immediately represented.
Actors who are just getting started or want to see if an acting career is something they want to pursue.
Let’s say you just finished up an acting class and are thinking you might just like acting and want to give it a go! This would be a great session to get started, with minimal financial investment.
We can capture nice smiles and a more semi-serious theatrical headshot expression with these budget acting headshots sessions, so you will have the option of choosing from lots of different headshots to meet your start-up needs.
The only exception would be if you’re trying to be a commercial actor. Commercial headshots sessions need to be customized and they’re a very specific, bright and friendly type of setup. But — one commercial booking, and you’ve easily made back your headshot session cost! We’ve had actors who struggled to get auditions get BOOKINGS on headshot alone using their commercial headshots! So commercial headshots are worth the investment to get done in a specific-to-commerical way.
Actors who want to pursue film and TV roles that are more dramatic
Since Headshot Days Sessions for Actors are shot on a rich, deep gray background, any agency will be happy with these shots for submission to film and TV work. Gray backgrounds are incredibly versatile and look very professional in the industry from LA to New York.
Florida doesn’t have too many roles available for film and TV, however. So check with your agency to see if they can submit you for this type of role before booking one of these Acting Headshots that are More Affordable in Florida. What is Included in These More Affordable Acting Headshot Sessions?
It’s important to know that our Budget-Friendly Headshots for Actors are not full sessions. Here’s what included, so you can know if this is an option that will work for you!
This is a Mini Acting Headshot Session that lasts about 15 minutes
We have a certain setup (gray background and dramatic, bold lighting) that stays the same all day.
There are only eight 15-minute time slots open in the morning and again in the afternoon during Headshot Days Sessions
Your session will have a deep, warm gray photography background
This setup is most popular for theatrical headshots in the industry, and you will also have an attractive, bold, powerful lighting setup that is appropriate for more dramatic roles.
One final image is included (with 20 to choose from)
It might be hard to believe with such a short session time, but we will capture at least 20 images for you to consider, and you get to pick your favorite for editing and release! Your images will be delivered on the very next day in a private gallery for you to choose from.
Your image will be edited to perfection and provided in full resolution (full crop), and also a headshot crop in both high and web resolutions.
If you decide, after seeing your gallery, that you’d like more than one final image, no problem. Each additional shot is only $25, and will also be edited to perfection and provided in full and web resolution.
These fun days are a bit like a marathon session with a somewhat revolving door. You will need to be on time and come ready to go with hair and makeup done, and your outfit already on.

You will need to be on time and come ready to go with hair and makeup done, and your outfit already on.
Make sure to account for Florida traffic, accidents, and lights :) There is a Starbucks nearby if you need somewhere to chill while you wait for your allotted time slot.
Because these sessions are so short, you’ll need your shirt already on when you arrive. Please keep as many wrinkles out of the shirt as possible
